Bought a ticket already on our old platform?
You will get an email in January with a link to your order, this link will ensure your ticket is still valid and within our new system. We'll ask you for any vehicle registrations, attendee details and accessibility requirements. This information ensures we can cater for your time with us.
We'll release a post on Social Media also when the emails are sent out. There is no time limit and your ticket will be valid for the festival up until it happens.
